Students are put in classes suited to their abilities and progress. We offer school-specific groups, personalised to school requirements and student preferences. Class size is small (3-7 students) to facilitate interaction whilst maintaining personalised learning.

FAQs
What is the cost?
Pricing is $200 to $300 ($50/hr for 4 or 6 hours of teaching depending on course). This is a fraction of the cost of other IB courses.

We also offer referral discounts. You receive 5% off one course if you refer another enrolled student. There are also additional discounts for enrolling in 3 or more courses.
How many students are in each class?
We ensure that there is a maximum of 7 students per class although most classes only have 4-5 students. This allows our students to have more one-on-one time with the tutor whilst allowing for collaboration and interaction.
Who will I be taught by?
Each class is taught by tutors who received a strong 7 in their expert subject, usually also with a perfect 45. They also have additional specialisation with further study at university, and will have extensive private tutoring experience with Strive45 before being offered a Holiday Course teaching position.
Are the courses in-person or online?
Our courses are run entirely online. We have plenty of experience running engaging courses via virtual shared whiteboards on Zoom in small and personalised classes. You can study from the comfort of your own space without travel time and our courses are recorded if anything happens on the day that prevents you from attending!
I want to sign up for more than one. How many courses can I sign up for? How long are they?
Students can sign up for a maximum of 5 courses. Our courses are either 4-hour 1 day workshops or a 6-hour course spread over 2 days (3 hours per day).
Does Strive45 do TOK/EE/IA Workshops?
For TOK, yes! TOK Workshops are usually run for the essay and will cover general brainstorming for each prompt, and general TOK Essay strategies.
Individual TOK Essay/EE/IA support is available throughout the holiday via private tutoring where you can register here. If you have a completed draft and would like a review, please submit a review request here. We usually recommend individual TOK/EE/IA support due to the requirements.
